National Eligibility Test is a national level test which gives students an eligibility to become Assistant Professor/Lecturer or Junior Research Fellow. UGC NET stands for University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test. The score card of this exam is mandatory for any student to take admission in PhD programs or to perform Assistant Professorship.There is a cut throat competition for this national eligibility test of lectureship as there are very few vacancies and a high number of UGC NET aspirants who appear in this examination.   8. Stay updated with latest notifications released by UGC. In case of any revision or update you will have sufficient time to prepare yourself accordingly.
