Replace Earphone/Headphone Wires

Are your earphone or headphone wires broken? You can replace them in a few simple steps.

Steps

Gather headphone and broken wires and some money or a credit card (for Amazon, eBay shoppers).
If the wire is broken in half, just rip off the plastic covering and twirl both wires around each other. Take some electrical tape and tape it over.
- However, if you don't use electrical tape and your headphones work and you plug your phone into the wall while you use them, you may get shocked. It better to replace those cheap headphones for another pair and save yourself from getting shocked through the ear.
- If you are using cheap dollar store earphones or headphones, this will be easy.
If you are using Beats Or Sony or Audio Technica, get the cables from the authorized store or site. They are high end brands with custom wires.

If shopping online, only buy from the company's official site or authorized sites like Amazon.
