- Finally, at the end of the romantic evening, get down on one knee and say, "(name of girl) will you marry me?"
- If and when she says 'yes', put the engagement ring on her finger and get up and kiss her if you want to.

Also, dads love it when they get asked, because it shows them that you respect them. However, you should both be adults, and some women think that you disrespect them if you ask their parents before them so you should know what is the case.
- You could put the ring in a cupcake or something cute like that. Girls love it when they propose like that. It is not only cute and romantic, but shows just how much you care! But be careful, some girls don't like frosting all over their jewelry, so maybe inside a fortune cookie or something of that nature.
