Check Your Internet Connection Speed

Sometimes we face some problems in our Internet connection or sometimes we observe that our Internet Connection has got slower than usual. This can happen due to many reasons like a lot on Temporary Files, Loose Wire Connections, Low Bandwidth, Heavy Internet Usage, Slow Network or other problems. To check it you have to follow some simple steps.

Steps

  1. Login to www.speedtest.net. This is a trusted portal which figures out the Upload, Download and Ping speed of Internet users.
  2. Find a server. You have to locate a server in the map to test your speed. I recommend you to locate a server nearest to you to get the exact solution. Connection to servers far from your current location will result in slow connection speed.
  3. Click on Ping. As soon as you click on it, the portal will start testing your connection speed based on your ping results. The quicker the ping result the quicker the Download and Upload speed.
