Delete an Unwanted Toolbar in Firefox
Imagine this - you have found out that new cool toolbar you just downloaded contains a harsh virus, but It won`t let you delete it or maybe you simply don`t know how to do so. Here's how to delete the unwanted toolbar using the Firefox web browser.
Steps
- Bring up Firefox.
- Click on Tools, located in the top left side of your screen.
- Click on Add Ons.
- Go to Extensions.
- Select the toolbar you would like to delete.
- Click Uninstall.
- Restart Firefox.
Tips
- If you cannot find your tool bar under add-on`s you may just have to do it another way. This could be click on it`s icon and clicking help/support and then clicking uninstall.
- If you don't want to fully remove the toolbar, you can disable it as well.
- To restart Firefox, just click the little red X in the top right part of the screen and then loading up Firefox again.
