Draw a Lamborghini

Lamborghini is an Italian luxury sports car. Its first models were produced in the sixties. This tutorial will show you how to draw a Lamborghini.

Steps

Method 1: Starting with an Oval

  1. Create an angular horizontal oval.
  2. Place two similar-sized circles for the wheels of the car overlapping the base-line of the oval.
  3. Make a straight angular line joining the left and right extremes of the oval.
  4. Draw straight angular lines connected to each other as shown.
  5. Join a short angular line from the base at the left to the edge on the roof.
  6. Create short straight lines for the guides to the seats and the rear-view mirror.
  7. Come down to the wheels and draw further circles within the outline.
  8. From the centre of the wheels create spoke-lines all around.
  9. Create three lines joining each other at the rear of the car.
  10. Draw every line in detail.
  11. Erase all guidelines.
  12. Color the car.

Method 2: Starting with Lines

  1. Make a couple of angular lines parallel to each other.
  2. Join them with opposite lines to form a slanted box for the bonnet.
  3. Join the box with another one for the guide to the wind screen.
  4. Join a couple of lines for the roof and the slanted back of the car.
  5. Stretch a line across the body of the car from the base of the wind screen.
  6. Taking the above created line as the base, draw the glass window.
  7. Attach a rectangle from the edge of the bonnet.
  8. Complete the guide to the body of the car.
  9. Draw ovals for the wheels.
  10. Make a couple of further ovals within the wheel outlines.
  11. Draw the spoke-guides.
  12. Add lines at the bottom of the wheels for the tyre-thickness.
  13. Add headlight areas and a rear-view mirror with irregular boxes.
  14. Draw all necessary details.
  15. Erase outlines.
  16. Color the Lamborghini.

Method 3: Sketching

  1. Draw an oval for the car’s midsection.
  2. Draw a semi rectangular shape on both sides of the oval (Make the left part longer).
  3. Draw two ovals for the wheels.
  4. Draw a semi trapezoid for the windshield and an oval with sharp edges for the windows.
  5. Draw another set of semi trapezoids for the headlights and front panels.
  6. Draw two semi rectangular shapes for the side mirrors.
  7. Draw another semi rectangular shape for the doors.
  8. Based on the outline, draw the main body of the Lamborghini
  9. Add details to the cars headlights, rims, wiper and side panels.
  10. Erase the unnecessary outlines.
  11. Color your Lamborghini!

Method 4: Starting with a Trapezoid

  1. Draw a 3D trapezoid shape.
  2. Reciprocate the trapezoid facing the opposite direction.
  3. Draw two ovals for the wheels.
  4. Draw the body contours of the car based on the shapes drawn previously.
  5. Draw an oval with sharp two sharp edges for the window and add line streaks at the back for the engine exhaust.
  6. Draw a series of semi rectangles and lines for the back portion of the Lamborghini.
  7. Based on the outline, draw the main body of the Lamborghini
  8. Add details to the Lamborghini.
  9. Erase the unnecessary outlines.
  10. Color your Lamborghini!
