  1. Understand your work place and rules.  If your workplace does not allow eating on the job, it is best not to disobey this rule.  If not, then start by deciding which type of food you will be having.  It may be easier to eat veggie chips instead of cheesy popcorn, because it is simply just a cleaner food.  It is also better to 'binge' eat healthy food, due to the fact that eating at work can lead to mindless eating.
  2. After that, get comfy and start to pay attention to both your job, the food, and customers, if it applies.  You should have a desegnated eating hand to minimize the mess.  ENJOY.
