- Go to Jubilife City and get the map marker app in the Poketech building.
- There will be a marker on the map that looks like Mesprit.
- Do whatever until the marker is on one of the routes next to you.

- Once in battle, use a fast Pokémon to use Mean Look or throw a Master Ball.
