So to be patient, look for others' needs, letting them ahead of you or letting their needs come first. It's not thinking so much about your needs and rights. It's being kind to others, being in self-control for everyone's benefit.
  2. Keep the empathy at others: The person who has empathy may have resources that can help at their disposal . They may know someone who works at a different workplace who could help the person who was fired. Empathetic people recognize the need to help other people because there may come a day when they may need help too. Some may help out without expecting any kind of reward because it is inherent in their personality.
    • How does one achieve empathy? It really depends on your disposition. If you are self centered and only care about yourself then empathy will not come easily.
