Get HM Rock Climb in Pokémon Diamond Version

Steps

  1. Go to Celestic Town.
  2. Go to the West side of Celestic Town.
  3. Walk to the route closest to the West side of Celestic Town.
  4. Continue going West until you reach the entrance to a cave.
  5. Go inside the cave (Mt. Coronet).
  6. Go North of where you are until you reach a wall, then go West.
  7. Walk down the stairs.
  8. Go 1 space North of the rocks near the stairs.
  9. Go north until you see some stairs.
  10. Go up the stairs and try to find the exit.
  11. Go West through the snow and get in the house to heal your Pokémon.
  12. Get out of the house and go through the grass near the house.
  13. Go north until the snow turns into a blizzard.
  14. Go northwest until you see a house.
  15. Go inside the house and talk to the man.
  16. He will talk about his lost HM.
  17. Go outside the house and look for an item northeast of the house.
  18. Now you have HM08 Rock Climb.

Tips

  • Get at least one escape rope so if you get lost, you can get out using the escape rope.
  • Save before entering the cave so if your DS, DSi, 3DS, etc. runs out of battery, you'll be in front of Mt. Coronet.
  • Save the game once you get out of Mt. Coronet (it's better).
