Hack Games with Low or No Hack Protection Using Cheat Engine

If you're new to a game and don't know how to get a lot of money in a video game, CheatEngine is a huge help. Like cocaine or crystal meth for your computer; CheatEngine is the easiest way to be happy on your game!!

Steps

  1. Download CheatEngine at [1] and if that does not work, search it on www.Google.com.
  2. Once downloaded, open a game. Preferably not an online game such as "RuneScape". It is not possible to hack online games like RuneScape using this method because it isn't a client side game, the applet is in direct communication with the servers that stores the information and you can't just edit the servers' data by changing the memory on your computer.
  3. Click on "My Computer" and click on "Window List" at the bottom and in "Window List," search for the game you are looking for and double-click.
    • Example: I have $1,000 and I want to make it $100,000,000, I enter "$1,000" (NOTE: If it's flash 7 or 8 you multiply the value by 8) in the text box that says value on top and "hex" next to it.
  4. When you type in how much you currently have, click first scan.
  5. When you have a lot of addresses, spend $1 or a low amount and enter "999," for example in "Enter the New Amount." You should have a low amount of addresses. Select them all, or, if there is only one, select it.
  6. When it is in the box below, click on value and change the value to however much you want.
    • Optional: Click "freeze" and it will freeze the number. So, if I have $100,000,000 and I click freeze and I buy something for $100,000,000, I would still have $100,000,000. Be warned that this doesn't actually freeze the value. CheatEngine just sets the value to the number you froze it at over and over. So if you (for example) lose all of your health in one go in a game the game may work out that you have died before CheatEngine can set your health back to whatever you froze it at. To actually freeze the value will require more advanced steps.

Tips

  • When you use this method on flash games such as MotherLoad, you must scan for everything times eight. For example, I have one hundred MotherLoad dollars times eight equals eight hundred, so I enter eight hundred instead of one hundred. This has to do with the way flash games store binary numbers.
  • This also works for games you have on a disk! Such as Might and Magic IV.
  • You can do this for everything that you can have more than once, like a sword, or something.
  • If you have any problems, search on YouTube: "How to Hack [Name of the game]."
  • Try using this on games that are a little less advanced.

Warnings

  • For Runescape, you can be permanently banned for using 3rd party software. A good tip is that you stay away from crowds and try to hack from there.
    • Have you ever seen the packets sent and received from RS?
      • It is not possible to edit packets from Rune Scape. The RS server "ping's" your computer about every second with a packet comparison. If the bounce back doesn't coincide with the bounce; you get booted from the server.
  • Memory Editing is not illegal since the memory on your computer is your individual property.
  • Games such as DragonFable can detect hacking because when a script is edited, it shows it to the SuperComputer. Software should fix being detected or something. This is basic hacking, not advanced.
