Have Shiny Nails Without Using Nail Polish
After these few steps, you’ll be able to have shiny nails that will outlast any nail polish on the market.
Steps
- Cover each nail of one hand with a thin layer of cuticle oil.
- Use the coarsest side of the buffer to smooth out ridges and other imperfections.
- Smooth the buffer marks with the next coarsest side.
- Quickly buff the nail with the next coarsest side of the buffer. Look for a little shine.
- Quickly buff the nail with the smoothest side of the buffer. Your nails should appear to be very shiny.
- Follow steps 1-5 for the second hand.
- Finished.
Tips
- Buffing too much might make your nails weaker so be careful.
- Apply a new layer of cuticle oil whenever it has been buffed off.
- Never buff with file ( the coarsest side )
- Nails should stay shiny for approximately 1 to 2 weeks. When needed, simply repeat the process.
- If you don't use a lot of nail polish in the first place you will already have beautiful shiny nails.
Warnings
- Cuticle oil can stain clothing.
- Buffing your nails too often will thin them, leading to splitting and other not so fun stuff.
