Make Bitten Nails Beautiful

Got a bad nail-biting habit? It won't usually leave your hands looking good. But there is a way to fix the problem...read on.

Steps

  1. Buy a nail brush and use soap and warm water to scrub your nails and hands clean.
  2. Moisturize your hands and nails. It will make them smoother and much prettier.
  3. Push your cuticles back to reveal more nail. It is best to do this after soaking your hands in warm water for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Use a clear nail polish to paint your nails if you're a girl. Boys can do the same, but sometimes it makes them feel feminine. If this is the case then use Vaseline and rub it into your cuticles.
  5. If you want to, you can paint your nails first and then put the clear coat on after they have dried.

Tips

  • Painting your nails will make you less likely to bite them. If you don't want bitten nails, paint them. They will make you feel pretty and you won't want to bite them and chip the paint.
  • Don't bite! Look at people with bitten nails! You don't want people to think you have bad habits before they even get to know you!
  • Make sure that your nails are nice and clean.
  • Look on google images and look at beautiful nails and work your way to there by not biting and taking care of your nails. If biting nails is a bad habit, try to stop doing it as much, and if it is a super bad habit, paint your nails and have a reminder come up on your phone to remind you not to bite your nails!
  • Always be careful and don't torture your nails.
  • Shorter nails look good with metallic colors and black as well.
  • Strut your stuff even if it still doesn't look good.
  • Do not eat nail polish even if you still can't resist.

Warnings

  • Do not cut your nails too short to make them look like you don't bite them. This can cause bleeding, pain, and in worst case scenarios, infection.
