Make Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots
These cocktail treats doesn't need to be stirred nor shaken. Dress up a regular gelatin recipe by adding vodka or rum and other liqueur goodies for any adult party or gathering.
Ingredients
Makes 20 cups.
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) boiling water
- 1 3-ounce (85g) box berry blue Jello gelatin
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) Malibu rum
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) blue curacao
- 1/2 cup (120 mL) pineapple juice
Steps
- Prepare the shot cups. Make individual rows of 2-ounce plastic shot cups on a baking sheet.
- Prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Dissolve the gelatin into the boiling water in a large bowl. Add the pineapple juice as well.
- Measure and pour the rest of the ingredients into the bowl. Thoroughly stir until well mixed. Allow the mixture to cool a little.
- Carefully pour the Jello mixture into the shot cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to fully set and harden, for at least four hours or overnight.
- Finished.
