Make Chinese Chicken Corn Soup
Chinese chicken corn soup is delicious and nutritious. It contains chicken meat, egg and tasty corn. With a slight tang to its taste, this soup makes a nice starter for a Chinese-themed meal or an excellent quick soup when in a hurry for something tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 can of corn niblets
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Cream of corn
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups of water
- 1 chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup chicken stock
Steps
- Bring the chicken stock to a boil.
- Add the can of corn niblets and stir.
- Wait until the water boils again. Then add the cream of corn.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the cubed chicken.
- When the water boils again, add the beaten egg slowly, while stirring.
- Add the sesame oil, pepper, and salt to taste. Add more if desired. Once combined enough (taste to test), the soup is ready to serve.

Tips
- To make the soup thicker, add cornstarch mixed with cold water in a ratio of 1:2.
