Make Google Chrome Launch in Incognito Mode

Steps

  1. Right click on the desktop icon. Select Shortcut in New. Put the target as follows depending on your operating system.
    • XP users: "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"
    • Vista or Windows 7 users: "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"
  2. Add --incognito at the end, then press 'Apply.'
  3. Press 'OK'.



Tips

  • After doing this process you can drag the icon where you want, such as in the task bar.
  • You can have two icons, one for normal use and another for incognito mode.
