Make Life More Fun

So... You've been doing the same thing, looking the same, feeling the same and you're ready for a change? Well, here's some ways you can make life more fun and interesting!

Steps

  1. Reinvent yourself! Dye your hair, cut it, start using more or less makeup, change your style, get a new hobby, just think of something that you wouldn't normally do, and just go for it!
  2. Change your routine. Sleep earlier, wake up earlier, take advantage of the morning, even in the weekends! Make a really nice breakfast, watch the news, go for a walk, and feel life embracing you as you experience the morning breeze.
  3. Socialize. Be more with your friends, call them, get together, do fun stuff together and remember to laugh a lot! It's healthy! And why not call your distant family members too? Invite them to dinner or tea and cookies!
  4. Expand your senses. Enjoy every bite of food you get everyday, experiment with food, and learn what you like, and why you like it. Listen to music that you enjoy, and think about what the music make you feel. Be with your partner, touch each other, get to know each other, and what you like to do together, and why it feels so good. Talk together and be close.
  5. Set goals. For an example, you could decide that you need to paint more, if you like it. Or you could decide to make different food, or try a new hobby or sport.
  6. Be yourself. As you learn what you like to do, take time every week to do that! And enjoy a good long bath or foot massage from your partner every now and then.
  7. Do something for someone. Send a mail telling someone why you like them, or why you admire them! Tell someone you love that you love them, apologize to someone you have done bad, do a favor for someone who needs it and try asking a friend who is down, if they want to come talk a little with you over a cup of lemonade, to make them feel better! You will be surprised with how it makes you feel happy too!
  8. Follow your dreams!! The major key to happiness is to follow your dreams. Try it! It really works!!
  9. Listen to music- good music!!

  • Think about life, love, nature more often.
