Make Your Hair Glossy
Are you envious of that beautiful hair so casually flicked around by movie actresses and models?

Steps
- Wash your hair with cold water. Hot water strips your hair of its natural oils. You don't need hot water to clean it--shampoo will do that for you.
- Use conditioner(s). It will help compensate for the drying effects of shampoo. Apply conditioner and leave in for 5-10 minutes in a bun.
- Straighten your hair. It's much easier to get straight hair to be glossy and shiny. A varied surface area can reduce the appearance of shine, but sleek, straight hair can exhibit extreme luster.
- Set your hair with a shot of cold air from a hair-dryer after you've used hot air. Cold air helps it set.
- Apply very small amounts of a thick gloss serum. Put a drop on your hand and spread it thinly all over your palms. Then smooth your palms over the surface of your hair.
- When you wash your hair, leave it at least five minutes with shampoo. It is amazing how it will soften your hair and it will simply shine.
- Avoid gel which contains alcohol and dries out hair.
- Finished.
Tips
- Use a heat protectant before using your hot tools.
- Dullness is generally caused by dryness. Steps taken to prevent your hair from becoming dry and brittle will increase its natural gloss.
- Some people prefer natural remedies like conditioning hair with mayonnaise or using olive oil instead of gloss serum.
- Shampoo less frequently so that natural oils stay in hair
- Try to brush every day.
Warnings
- Avoid heat as much as possible. If possible, air dry.
- If you apply too much gloss serum, your hair will look greasy and wet and you'll need to wash it again, which further strips your hair of its own natural moisture and shine.
