Make a Zipper out of Gimp

If you have some free time and you like lacing gimp, here's the zipper for you to try out. It's really simple!

Steps

Get 3 pieces of gimp. It doesn't matter what color you get. Make 2 of them the same length (whatever length you think is reasonable), the other one you want to be about 3 inches/7,5 cm longer.
Tie them all together in a knot.
Take the long string and weave it under and over the two smaller sized strings (over and then under).
Repeat step 3 over and over until you have come to the end.
When you are done a few of the loops by taking the larger string and making a zipper, pull the loops to the top and make sure it's tight.
End it by making a knot but you must tie it tight.
Finished.
