Steps

  1. Prepare flax seeds for laxative purposes. Flax makes an ideal laxative that is affordable and free of additives or strange ingredients you might find in commercial preparations.
    • Soak a teaspoon of flax seeds in cold water overnight.
    • In the morning, they are ready for eating. Either eat them direct, or sprinkle them over your cereal or oatmeal.
    • Repeat as needed.
