Put Music and Pictures on a PSP

How to put music/pictures on your PSP so that you could have something to look at and listen to.

Steps

  1. Go to settings on your PSP.
  2. Select USB Connection. Your PC should now recognize something called "X: Removable Media"
  3. Click to open the drive.
  4. Click on the MUSIC folder.
  5. Choose a desired music.
  6. Copy and paste the desired music to the music folder.
  7. Go to settings, then to USB Connection. Your PC should now recognize your PSP
  8. Click On "X: Removable Media", then to the pictures/picture

Tips

  • When copying WMA music, make sure you "Enable WMA Playback" in System Settings
  • Gif. Animations are not Supported
  • iTunes copyright music isn't compatible with the PSP

Warnings

  • Do not disconnect your PSP while it's copying a file, it'll corrupt your memory stick.
