Steps

  1. Check phone compatibility.
    • Mobile Spy is compatible with five operating systems: BlackBerry, Android, iOS, Windows & Symbian OS. Symbian is usually for customers outside the USA.   2. Download to phone.
    • The email contains a link to download the program. You can download and install the application to your phone easily using included instructions.
    • The software installs. An icon and notifications will be shown on the phone to alert the user that they are being monitored. Once the software is installed you are ready to adjust settings.
  3. Adjust settings.
    • Once Mobile Spy is installed it is accessible behind a password-protected icon. As the administrator of the phone, enter key sequence on the phone to bring up the Mobile Spy interface now login to your Mobile Spy.
    • After login, you will be prompted to make quick logging settings in Mobile Spy Wizard. Check the boxes against all desired phone activities to be logged.
  4. Making More Settings from Mobile Spy Wizard.
    • Select More Settings on Mobile Spy Configured screen and go to Mobile Spy Home to make advanced logging and tracking settings for the targeted phone.
    • Just tap the designated option to bring up that option's sub-menu screen to make more advanced settings in Mobile Spy.
  5. Login to view activities.
    • After you have started the monitoring it will remain active from that point on. Even if the phone is turned off and back on it will still remain active. Activities will now be recorded and inserted to your Mobile Spy account.
    • Then at any time you can login to your account by visiting the Login Page. After entering your default username and password you will be brought to the Online Control Panel. Log entries are categorized by types on the left side. Click a type to start viewing!
