View Your Phone Bill Online

Paying phone bills can be an annoying chore. One way to make it a little more convenient is to pay your bill online. Here are some tips on how to do it.

Steps

  1. Visit your phone company's website. Below is a list of the major carriers. T-Mobile will be used as an example.
  2. Sign in to your account. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click the "View Bill" link or button. From there you will be able to view your phone bill.

Tips

  • Some companies might require you to have cookies enabled. You can easily enable cookies (if they are disabled) by going to the "Options" dialog box on your browser.
    • On Firefox:
      1. Tools
      2. Options
      3. Privacy
      4. Cookies tab
      5. "Allow site to set cookies"
    • On Internet Explorer:
      1. Tools
      2. Internet Options
      3. Privacy tab
      4. Advanced button
      5. Check Override Automatic Cookie Handling
      6. Accept
    • On Google Chrome:
      1. Chrome C&C icon (button with three lines in the upper right corner)
      2. Settings
      3. Show advanced settings
      4. Content settings (in "Privacy" section)
      5. "Allow local data to be set (recommended)"
      6. "Done" to save settings
    • On Opera:
      1. Opera menu at top left of browser window
      2. "Settings" from the drop-down menu
      3. "Privacy and Security" tab
      4. Under Cookies section, "Allow local data to be set (recommended)"
    • On Safari for the Mac:
      1. Safari drop-down
      2. Preferences from the Safari drop-down
      3. Privacy tab
      4. Block Cookies section, "Never"
    • On Safari for an Apple device:
      1. Settings
      2. Safari
      3. Accept Cookies
      4. Always, or From Visited
    • On Netscape Navigator:
      1. Tools drop-down
      2. Options from the Tools drop-down
      3. Privacy tab on pop-up window
      4. Accept cookies from site, then OK button

Warnings

  • Make sure that you pay your phone bills, too.
