For example, some engineering positions may require you to have a bachelor's degree in engineering; whereas some positions in customer service may only require you to have a high school education. To apply for any job at Time Warner Cable, you must submit your employment information to Time Warner Cable's employment website. Time Warner Cable does not currently provide you with alternate application methods; however, once your resume and application are received, they will be reviewed by Time Warner Cable to determine if you are qualified for a position with the company.

Steps

  1. Create a Time Warner Cable job seeker account. In order to apply for any Time Warner Cable position, you must create an employment profile online at the Time Warner Cable website.
    • Click on the Time Warner Cable website link provided to you in the Sources section of this article.
    • Click on the link provided on the right side of the website that prompts you to create a new jobseeker account. If you created a jobseeker account at an earlier date, enter your email address and password, then click on the "Log in" button.
    • Enter your email address, a password, and security information, then click on the "Create" button to create your jobseeker account.
  2. Search for open job positions with Time Warner Cable. You will have the option to enter specific keywords for jobs or browse all available jobs.
    • Enter job keywords for the type of positions you are seeking into the field next to "Search jobs." For example, if you are interested in performing technical support for Time Warner Cable, enter "technical support."
    • Click on the "Search Openings" link to browse all the available Time Warner Cable jobs. You will then have the option to search for jobs by location or by job category.
    • If you choose to search for jobs by location, click on the state or region in which you want to work. You will then be provided with the names of job positions available in your area.
    • If you choose to browse jobs by category, click on the division and job type that interests you. For example, if you want to work for Time Warner Cable's customer service division, click on the "Customer Service" tab, then indicate if you want either a call center position, dispatch position, or technical support position.

    • Enter all the information requested by the online application into the corresponding fields. You will be asked to provide your job history, education details, and details regarding your criminal background, if applicable.
    • Click on "Submit" after you have finished provided Time Warner Cable with all your employment information. Your resume and employment details will then be sent to the office that handles applications for the division in which you applied. If you are considered for the position, Time Warner Cable will contact you directly with additional information about the position and an interview.
