Add Grip Tape to a Scooter on a Budget

- Go to your local hardware store or a shop that sells door mats, make sure you look at the mat and see if it grips enough then pay for it and bring it home.
- Get the wanted scooter out and place the mat on it and cut out the shape of the deck.
- Get a drill out and drill screws into the mat and then into the deck (three rows of three).
- Try it out at your local park.
Tips
- When applying the mat see if it has more grip on the other side.
- If taking one from home make sure you ask first otherwise you might get grounded and not be able to try it out at the skate park.
Warnings
- Don't drill your finger
- Make sure you wear a helmet and pads (optional)

- Some old screws
- A mat
