- Always be yourself. Do what you want to do and don't let anyone tell you otherwise, nothing is better than you. However if you would like some of these mysterious and random traits in your personality read on.
- Being loud and funny is good, however you can tone it down a bit, be quieter and look at your surroundings more. If people ask what you are doing, smile and give them an answer that isn't really an answer at all like the infamous "guess". This gives you an edge of mystery and if you only speak when you have something important to say it makes people respect you and listen to what you have to say.
- Be eccentric, have an interest that you follow religiously and stand up for what you believe in.
- Be unpredictable. If something interests you go off learn more about it, be walking with friends and then suddenly duck into a nearby antiques shop or thrift store or library.
- Dress how you want, preferably in dark colors. Invest on a black jacket or coat, a black trilby hat, and skinny jeans. Ignore whatever you've been told about sunglasses, they're not cool they make you look like you try too hard.
- Be seen in little coffee shops, the library or a little gig in a smoky pub uptown.
- Be kind and friendly. Support independent businesses and give to charity once a month — it makes you look like you care, which hopefully you do.
- Have a signature thing you do. Wear a bracelet, badge or charm, etc. It's a magnetic sort of trait, it makes people wonder.
- Don't talk about your personal life, it keeps people guessing.
- Be dark sometimes, people watch with a small smile like you're "not all there" not too much as it's slightly creepy.
- Leave your hair messy use wax to get a good hold and leave it be or spike it up everywhere.
- Surround yourself with intellectual vices, study hard, but also know how to party and have fun. If you can get the mix right it makes you awesome to be around.
- Avoid brand names.
- Support anything independent, films, music, clothes foreign food, or anything that's seen as "politically incorrect", as it gives you an edge of danger.
Tips
- These tips will make your personality magnetic. People will come back for more and more, soon your infamy will spread through the ranks until you're known as that mysterious guy in the hat.
- Play and learn an instrument, a harmonica is cool, unusual and easy to carry around.
- Drink a lot of coffee, it's unusual and gives off maturity. It can be addictive though, don't go to chain coffee shops they damage the planet with their hard labour workers.
- If your friends don't like this, talk it over. If they're true mates they will take it in their stride.
- Read a lot in social situations. Try some philosophy or graphic novels.
- The trilby hat is a must. If you find everyone in your school or neighbourhood dresses alike, get a hat, it will turn heads. For added class add a feather to it.
