Steps
Spray food coloring method
- Get an empty spray bottle and put some food coloring in it.
- Find a suitable, matching color or several colors.
- Add dyes drop by drop to obtain a perfect color level.
- Add water.
- Moisten the bit of hair you want to dye with water.
- Put a bit of foil underneath it.
- Spray your dye onto the hair.
- Put another bit of foil on top.
- Leave it to dry.
- Peel the foil off.
Immersing bear or plush toy
- Use a container large enough for the bear or stuffed animal instead of a spray bottle. Fill with water and add the dyes.
- Place the teddy bear or stuffed animal into the dyed water.
- Leave the bear or stuffed animal in for several minutes.
- Let the bear or stuffed animal dry, out of the sun.
- Good show! Hug your bear or stuffed animal!
Tips
- Use different colors of food coloring.
- You can buy a wig at a store selling teddy bear products.
- You could get a new teddy which has the colors on that you want
- Try on a non-important teddy first, in case you wreck your favorite one.
Warnings
- The teddy's fur maybe damaged afterwards, so be careful.
- Editing the teddy's color may result in not being able to get the original color back, so only dye it if you really want to.
