Cook Stir Fried Pork

Ingredients

  • 150 g carrots

  • 350 g pork neck fillet, thinly sliced

  • 150 g mangetout (snap peas)
  • 75 g fine asparagus

Steps

  1. Slice the carrots into thin slices using a sharp knife.
  2. Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the meat, onions, and garlic. Fry for four minutes.
  3. Add the carrots, peppers, mangetout, and asparagus to the wok. Fry for an additional five minutes.
