Cosplay As Ciel Phantomhive on Kuroshitsuji
Ciel Phantomhive is the prodigious child and main character from the anime "Kuroshitsuji" (Black Butler). If you are interested in cosplaying as him, read on.
Steps
- Get his attire. Ciel's everyday clothing dates back to the late 1800's Make a Victorian Choker noble suits. - Ciel has ocean blue eyes, so if you don't have them already, you can buy colored contacts.
- Maintain an emotionless and cold demeanor.
- Don't smile. Ciel usually doesn't smile. Though sometimes he will.
- Make people refer to you as Earl Phantomhive.
- Have somebody Cosplay as Sebastian and make him protect and serve you.
- Act like a noble.
- Wear a blue crystal ring on your left hand.
- Have a very short temper.
- Say that your Flatter a Lady Elizabeth is annoying.
- Don't let people try to take advantage of you just because you're "a child". Outsmart them.
- Have a liking for games. Ciel likes to play games.
- Eat lots of sweets and "expensive" Make Herbal Earl Grey Tea since these are his favorite.
- Say you hate cats and pretend (if you already aren't) to be allergic to them.
Tips
- He usually wears a bow tie around his neck. It should match the color of the rest of the outfit.
- When getting and or making a walking stick for your Ciel Cosplay, make sure that it usually matches the outfit if you are trying to be outgoing with the outfit. As Ciel has a tendency to make his outfits one of his own styles. Example being one of his canes had a skull on it to match a certain black outfit he wore. Your cane can include any accessories to what you wish. But if you are going with something normal or just to venture out as Ciel. A simple gold rim cane is fine.
- Ciel has rather short hair. His hair is about ear length, as to him being noble and still a young boy. So do not make the hair past the chin or more.
- Most people wear makeup when Cosplaying Ciel. But this is not a must. You may wear mascara, to make it seem your eyelashes are longer. But you do not have to go beyond that point as to making his eyes seem larger. A simple foundation to cover blemishes and a bit of gray shadow around his eyes are acceptable.
- Ciel has rather very long eyelashes for his character. So it's best to buy a pair of fake eyelashes to make them look longer, if you do not already have long ones. Also to use mascara to make them longer, if you wish to do so.
- Remember to bring your right or left leg over the other when sitting. As this is the common way Ciel sits.
- Ciel is a great character to Cosplay if you'reBe Confident when You're Petite since Ciel isn't very tall. Otherwise, it will look odd if you are tall. (Cosplay is an unlimited activity, height should not matter)
- Makeup isn't really necessary, but if you wish to wear makeup then it would be best to avoid wearing too much eye makeup. Ciel is a boy, so having a girly look will appear awkward.
- If you don't have enough money for a wig, you can dye your hair blue, but maybe highlights would be useful,although it's better to dye your hair at home with instructions.

- They may confuse you for just looking small or being Shotacon. As to referring to Ciel's height and appearance. So try your best to act high of class and prove them wrong.
- Some may mistake you for a colonial pirate because of the eye patch.
