Draw a Hot Air Balloon

This article will show you how to draw a hot air balloon by following these quick easy steps below.

Steps

Create a dome shape. Make it narrow on the bottom.
Draw 5 vertical lines that create a round effect on our balloon outline. You can create more lines if you want to create more patterns
Draw 4 horizontal lines that create a round effect on our balloon outline. This will create a grid on your outline. Again, you can create more horizontal lines if you want.
Draw two overlapping inverted triangles on the bottom of your balloon.
Draw a rectangle with cut off edges below the triangles you made. This part is called the capsule.
Draw the burner. First draw 6 lines meeting at the center then draw a small rectangle. Next draw a small line across the rectangle to make the lines appear like they're holding the burner.
Create patterns and color the capsule. Fill the grid alternately with red. Color the capsule brown and the burner light gray.
Draw horizontal lines across the capsule for detail.
Create different designs for each balloons. The more grid lines you create, the more patterns you can come up with. Enjoy!
