Fake an Injury to Get out of Doing Something

Have you ever wished that you can just sit out for a while in gym class because you don't feel good or you don't want to run that day? Well here is how to get out of doing things like that! Yay!

Steps

  1. Deliberately fall over in a crowded scene (a school playground, canteen, sidewalk, etc), making it look like an accident, clutch the part where you are "hurt"
  2. Make sure a lot of people see you fall so you have witnesses. Let them help you up and say your in tons of pain.
  3. Show that your leg/arm/shoulder is hurting really bad, and that you make sure that your parents are taking you to the doctors in the morning or something along those lines.
  4. Get a pair of crutches if you can. If they ask you why, then you just simply lie that you need them for a school project (example: you are reenacting a play in class).
  5. Arrive at school with the crutches and tell everyone how you got hurt.
  6. What will also look good is if you have bruises, so that when people ask what happened you can tell them and show the bruises.

Hurt Ankle Method

  1. Get an ace bandage without your mom knowing. You don't have to spend up to $10 at Walmart, just buy a $2 one at the local pharmacy.
  2. Get a pair of flats or flip-flops to wear them on the day that you want to be "hurt". It would look really weird if you wore sneakers with an ace bandage around your leg.
  3. Wrap the bandage around your ankle a few times, then wrap it around the base of your foot (the part between the toes and your heel). Alternate until the bandage is too short to go any further. Tuck it in at the top, pin it in place, or step on it to hold it in place.
  4. Make up a good excuse and make sure it's realistic. like "I was riding my bike and ran into a trash can" not "I was hit by a bus".

Hurt Arm Method

  1. Get an ace bandage, wrap it around your forearm and slowly move up to your wrist.
  2. Go over your fingers and back down to your wrist.
  3. Secure in place as stated above.

Hurt Shoulder Method

  1. Get an ace bandage and wrap it around your chest a couple times. Girls, you can wear a bra while you do this unless you're actually hurt.
  2. Go up to your upper arm and keep going until you go over your shoulder and to your neck.
  3. Secure the bandage in place as stated above.

Hit Head Method

  1. Get an ice pack and put it in your locker beforehand.
  2. In the class before the one you want to skip, pretend to fall and hit your head on a desk/floor/locker/wall and grimace in pain. Pretend to cry if you don't mind the indignity.
  3. When you go to your locker, get the ice pack and press it to your head.
  4. When you get to the class you don't want to do, put on a realistic look of agony. If the teacher asks you what's wrong, tell him/her you fell and hit your head. Ask if you can take it easy because it's really hurting you.
  5. Make your voice small and whispery, jump at loud noises and most importantly, keep the look of pain.

Tips

  • Here are some tips to help you NOT get caught:
    • Put a rock in your shoe so you don't have to work on limping so much. Make sure it doesn't have sharp, pointy edges that will injure you for real.
    • Make sure you plan/think ahead of time. Make sure that you have thought of a good plan that will get everyone to believe you.
    • If you tell somebody about this, then make sure they don't tell other people because you don't want everyone to know.
    • Make sure you know where the cameras are so when you get off the crutches, and think that nobody is looking then somebody can be and the principal will find out.
    • If you tell one of your friends you told that you hurt yourself ,and they happened to see you at the store, tell them the doctor said that you needed to practice walking on your "hurt ankle".

Warnings

  • Make sure if you tell someone about doing this, then make sure that you can trust them 100% because they can easily tell on you in an instant.
  • Don't do this frequently; people will start to get suspicious.
  • Make sure that you plan ahead of time or else someone could figure out your plan.
  • Make sure that your parents don't have to pick you up early because if they see you actually walking, then people will know that you were just faking it and then you get into a lot of trouble.

Things You'll Need

  • A big mouthful of guts, to be able to actually fake something in front of loads of people.
  • Witness.
  • Ankle brace or knee brace.
  • Crutches.
  • Alibi.
