Forget How Much You Love Someone

Sometimes we care about someone so much, that we just cannot stop thinking about them. We know that things are over between you, but find it difficult to get them out of your mind.

Steps

  1. Get a piece of paper and a pencil or pen.
  2. Write down your thoughts and feelings, as if you were talking to that person. Be honest and write it from your heart.
  3. Tell them that you are sorry if you had said something that hurt them.
  4. Write down how sad you feel that you no longer see them.
  5. Put all your thoughts down, even if you are very angry with them. Get the anger or hurt out, on that piece of paper.
  6. Read it and put it aside. Save it or tear it up it does not make any difference. Just do not show it to the person or to anyone else.
  7. Getting your thoughts and feelings out will make feel way better, and you won't miss the person as much anymore.

Tips

  • Get busy. Find something you love to do!
  • Make sure you find a good hiding place to place it in if you save it.
  • Better not to type it because others can read it. Writing it is a better way also to make you feel better.
