Get a Boy to Ask for Your Number

This is for girls who are confident and outgoing. If you want somebody to ask for your number, follow these steps.

Steps

If you see a guy you like, make sure he is not with a girl (any girl)
Tell him that you like his shoes, or jeans or something and smile. Don't overdo the smile though, and try not to giggle. Don't flick your hair about while fluttering your eyelashes! While you tell him that, give him the "eye".
If he likes you, then he will look back. When he does this glance away then glance back hint at a smile and look to one side , he should get the hint and talk to you
If he doesn't and just says "Thank you", you should walk away. Maybe he'll follow, maybe not. Just remember that it's okay to lose, not everyone is going to like you all the time. Soon you'll find someone who really likes you. Waiting for the right guy is the key!
If you think he is the right guy for you then take out your mobile phone and ask him for some song, tell him to send that song to your phone,when he will take out his phone from his pocket, start praising for his phone for example What a good looking phone, which model is this, what's the prize etc.
Talk a lot with him, give him some signs that you like him, do some flirt with him, once he will get an idea that you like him and you will not refuse him if he ask your number then he will definitely ask you for your number.

Try to get him when he is alone, if he's with a group of friends he may feel embarrassed and brush you off to impress his buddies.
Look at him a lot so you give him the sign that you like him!
If you like this guy a lot and you're both scared, you might suggest that the two of you should have a study date, especially if he is struggling in one of the classes that you are excelling in. You can tell him at the end that if he needs anymore help that he should give you a call sometime. When he calls you about something he needs to be clarified, you should help him out, then talk to him casually if he has time. This may give him confidence and may lead to him asking you out!
Make sure that he isn't the type of guy that tells everything to his friends, because then if you ask him out and he says no, it will be all around school.
Have lots of confidence. If you walk up to him with your head down and can't talk then the conversation isn't going to go well. Strut your stuff over to him.
Make sure he knows who you are, it would be really awkward to walk up to him and have him ask you "What's your name again?"
you need to make it obvious that you like him, if he thinks you will just reject him why would he even try.(think about what you would want its just as hard for a guy to ask for your number as it is the other way around.)

if you meet the guy at the mall, and you don't go to school with him, make sure the firs date is with friends and you meet there, you never know who's a creep.
Never jump at a conversation or try too hard to make something work if it's not meant to be. You should have the same interests and natural conversation.
Don't ask him over the phone, MSN, Facebook, Twitter, Bebo, etc.
If he is not into you, then move on. He is not worth your time at all.
Do not try to open a conversation if he doesn't want to!
