Install the Blackberry App World on an Older Blackberry
On older Blackberry smartphones, the device doesn't have the AppWorld installed on it. If this is the case with your Blackberry, follow the directions in this article.
Steps
- Open your browser on your device.
- Go to the Blackberry AppWorld website directly on your browser.
- Tap the Download Now button.
- Wait for the app to install.
Tips
- Most newer Blackberry's already have the Blackberry App World app installed on them. This article is for those older phones that don't.
- You can find out how to download the Blackberry AppWorld app from this site, if you are viewing it on your computer.
Warnings
- When you install the AppWorld item, you are accessing data. Make sure you have a good data plan that allows large amounts of data to be downloaded, otherwise you'll just end up broke when your plan gets charged mega-bucks!
