Send Emails to a Group of Contacts from Your Blackberry

Steps

From within the Address Book application, create a New Group to send one email to several people simultaneously. In much the same way you can set up groups in Outlook you can do the same in the Blackberry. If you send to the same group all the time it is a lot easier than adding a “To:�? field or “cc:�? for every email address.
Go to contacts. Press Menu key. Select NEW GROUP. Type a name for the GROUP. Scroll down to NO CONTACTS. Press Menu key. Select ADD MEMBER. Select new group member from list of contacts. When done press menu key and select SAVE. You can now use the Group Name to address an e-mail to the entire group.
