- Potato
- Green Chilies
- Coriander Leaves
- Graham Flour
- Salt
- Red chilli powder
- Garam Masala
- Turmeric Powder

Steps
- Boil Potatoes, Mash them, add salt, chilli powder, Garam Masala, coriander leaves (chopped), and green chillies and mix it well.
- Take a bowl, add a cup of graham flour and add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder to it. Pour little water into it and mix it, if you require more water add little more water and then mix with your hand making it neither too thick nor too lose.
- Make balls out of the mashed potatoes.
- Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry them until they turn golden – brown.
- Aaloo Bonda is ready to serve.

- Do not fry the Bonda's on high flame.
