Make Black Bean Salsa
A delicious, easy and fresh tasting salsa that's perfect for any party, gathering or even an every day meal. Read the following steps and learn to make a healthy black bean salsa from simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1, 15 oz. can black beans, not drained (fresh can also be used)
- 1, 15 oz. can of drained whole kernel Make Corn Salad
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 2 red tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 tablespoon Make Green Enchiladas, diced finely
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Dash of salt
- Dash of ground black pepper
Steps
- Mix the corn and Make Cuban Black Bean Soup together well in a medium size bowl.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, and cilantro and stir well.
- Fold in the chilies, blending well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Enjoy!
Tips
- This tastes great on tortillas as well as other Hispanic cuisine.
- Cubed Make Mozzarella Risotto Balls can be added too for a different flavour.
