Make Black Bean Salsa

A delicious, easy and fresh tasting salsa that's perfect for any party, gathering or even an every day meal. Read the following steps and learn to make a healthy black bean salsa from simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1, 15 oz. can black beans, not drained (fresh can also be used)
  • 1, 15 oz. can of drained whole kernel Make Corn Salad
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 2 red tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Make Green Enchiladas, diced finely
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of ground black pepper

Steps

  1. Mix the corn and Make Cuban Black Bean Soup together well in a medium size bowl.
  2. Add the onion, tomatoes, and cilantro and stir well.
  3. Fold in the chilies, blending well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!



Tips

  • This tastes great on tortillas as well as other Hispanic cuisine.
  • Cubed Make Mozzarella Risotto Balls can be added too for a different flavour.
