Make Cheesecake Cupcakes
A very delicious and hearty cheesecake treat to enjoy -- as a cupcake!

Ingredients
- 2 cups (170g) crushed graham crackers
- 4 tablespoons (60g) butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup (150g) white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Steps
- Pre-heat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Line cupcake tins with cupcake liners.
- Crush the graham crackers and mix it with the melted butter.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the cracker mixture in each cupcake liner. Press down on the mixture to make the crust.
- Use a mixing bowl and beat the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until it's light and fluffy.
- Fill each cupcake liner with the cream cheese mixture about 3/4 full.
- Bake the cupcakes for 15 - 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Garnish each cupcake with cherry pie filling.
- Remove the cupcake liners before serving (optional).
- Finished.
Tips
- This recipe will make 12 cupcakes if you go by the directions.
