Make Easy No Bake Cheesecake

A no-bake cheesecake can be a very easy dessert if you are short on time and want a nice cool dessert. By keeping the ingredients and production method to a minimum, you'll make the whole process simple and quick. This dessert works well for summer or just as an any time dessert.

Ingredients

Cream cheese and whipped topping no-bake cheesecake:

  • 1 8-ounce (230 grams) package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces (230 grams) whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup (45 grams) granulated sugar
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Condensed milk no-bake cheesecake:
Serves about :

  • 16 oz (2 packs) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 14 oz (can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Nutella no-bake cheesecake:
Serves about 12:

  • 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Nutella spread
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Chocolate no-bake cheesecake:
Serves about 8:

  • 1 1/2 cups/375ml dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
  • 11 oz/340g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup/125g sugar, granulated
  • 1/4 cup/50g butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups/500ml non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Steps

Cream cheese and whipped topping no-bake cheesecake

  1. Cream softened cream cheese manually by hand or with a mixer.
  2. Add whipped topping and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.

Condensed milk no-bake cheesecake

  1. Add the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk to the mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. This can be done by hand or using an electric mixer; the latter is faster.
  2. Pour in the lemon juice and vanilla. Beat in well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust. Ensure a smooth surface across the top (run a spatula or back of a spoon over it).
  4. Place in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until it sets firmly.
  5. Serve. Add whipped cream, berry fruits or other standard accompaniments to a cheesecake.

Nutella no-bake cheesecake

  1. Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Beat until creamy and smooth in consistency.
  2. Pour in the milk and sour cream. Beat to combine thoroughly.
  3. Set aside half of the cream cheese batter in a second bowl.
  4. Add the Nutella and 1/2 a cup of the Cool Whip on the first cream cheese batter.
  5. Transfer to the pie crust.
  6. Add the remaining 2 cups of Cool Whip to the second bowl of batter set aside earlier. Fold in.
  7. Transfer this second batter gently across the already added layer. Use the back of the spoon to neaten across the top.
  8. Place in the refrigerator to chill and set. It will need to be refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve. Serve with whipped cream, crumbled cookies, fresh berries or other favorite toppings for cheesecake.

Chocolate no-bake cheesecake

  1. Melt the chocolate chips. Either microwave at medium for 30 seconds to1 minute, with additional 15 second bursts if needed (stir after each burst); or, use a double boiler to melt.
  2. Set the melted chips aside. Let them cool.
  3. Add the cream cheese, sugar and butter into the mixing bowl. Beat until creamy and smooth. Either do this by hand or using an electric mixer.
  4. Add the melted chocolate gradually. Beat slowly or using a low speed. Combine well.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping. It must be well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the pre-made pie crust. Use the back of a spoon or a spatula to smooth.
  7. Place in the refrigerator. Chill for 3 hours or until set.
  8. Serve. Serve with whipped cream, fresh berries, grated chocolate or other sweet toppings of choice.
    • This goes nicely drizzled over with cherries in syrup.
  9. Finished.

Tips

  • For a variation, try adding sliced, fresh strawberries to the mix. You can also add sliced strawberries and blueberries to the top as garnishment.
  • Cheesecake can be left overnight to set in the refrigerator. Just make sure to cover it well to prevent odor transfer.
