Make a Blue Long Island Cocktail
The Blue Long Island - sometimes known as an Electric Blue - is a variation on the popular Long Island Iced Tea. Instead of using cola, the Blue Long Island uses Blue Curaçao liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz gold tequila
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao liqueur
- 5 oz sweet and sour mix
- Ice
- Lemon wedge
Steps
- Fill a collins glass with ice.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Pour all ingredients except for the Blue Curaçao liqueur into the cocktail shaker.
- Cap the shaker and shake the ingredients.
- Pour the drink into the collins glass.
- Pour the Blue Curaçao into the glass as well.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
