Make a Chilled Fruit Salad

Summer is near and your cold sweet dessert is hereĀ ! The same old usual salad with a blend of milk and honey .

Ingredients

  • sweet condensed milk or full cream milk.
  • fruits
  • honey
  • ice--cream
  • sugar
  • food coloring agents or chocolate syrup

Steps

  1. Its completely up to to you as what fruits to choose and by how much.
  2. Wash all fruits and slice them up.
  3. Add these sliced fruit pieces to a large bowl.
  4. Pour sweet condensed milk or full cream milk.
  5. You can add either sugar or honey to taste.
  6. Mix well and place the bowl in the refrigerator to cool.
  7. Serve chilled with a scoop of ice-cream.

Tips

  • If you can't find sweet condensed milk, add enough sugar to fresh milk, mix well and pour it over the fruits.
  • This is a great treat for kids who don't like to eat much fruits.
  • If you have an unexpected guest and don't have much time to prepare a quick snack...this sweet dessert serves a real treat for them.
  • You can even be creative by adding healthy food colorings or plain chocolate syrup.
  • Make sure you choose fruits that are not too sweet...like kiwi, orange, strawberry, etc.

Warnings

  • Avoid eating canned fruit salads...be always natural.
  • Don't keep the fruit salad for more than 5 days in your fridge as milk tends to get spoiled pretty quickly.
