Ingredients

  • 1¼ cups (160 grams) self-rising flour.
  • ½ cup (100 grams) granulated sugar.
  • ½ cup (110 grams) brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (180 milliliters) milk
  • ½ cup (84 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Oreos, crushed

Steps

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the flour and sugar together.
  3. Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla for a smooth batter.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8" (20 cm) pan.
