Open the NAT for PlayStation and Xbox on Belkin Routers


Steps

  1. Connect Modem - Router - Computer (Wired)
  2. Open Router Setup by typing http://192.168.2.1 on the address bar of your browser
  3. Click the option Firewall that appears on the left side
  4. Leave the Password field blank and click submit
  5. Disable it and click apply changes
  6. Scan and connect in the Xbox/PS3/Wii
  7. Get the IP Address of the Xbox/PS3/Wii
  8. Open Router Setup in the Computer
  9. On the left under Firewall Click DMZ
  10. Enable the IP Address of the Xbox/PS3/Wii in it
  11. Click Apply Changes
  12. On the left Under Utilities click System settings
  13. Scroll down to the bottom
  14. Enable UPnP
  15. Click apply changes
  16. Test the connection,Check the NAT
    • If it is still not working check the router setup
  17. Open Router setup
  18. At the middle Under internet settings check the WAN IP
  19. If the IP address starts with 192.168. or 172.16 Then you will have to contact your internet service and ask them to bridge the modem
