Anything is possible, even the toughest stains can come off! Here is how to remove burn stains off a glass stove top!

Steps

  1. Turn the stove light on for a better look.
  2. Get out your stove cleaner. Make sure it is recommended for stove use.
  3. Get out a scrunchy or a sponge.
  4. Put the cleaner on the burn. You will need approximately three squirts.
  5. Get your scrunchy or sponge and scrub for 30 seconds.
  6. If the stain isn't out, scrub counter-clockwise for 20 seconds.
  7. Wash the scrunchy or sponge thoroughly.
  8. Get a rag and dampen it with warm water.
  9. Wipe the soap then wash then again as many times needed.
  10. Let the water dry.
  11. Your stove is now clean!

Tips

  • Never use a razor on a glass top. It will scratch. Use baking powder with water or with vinegar. Sprinkle the baking powder on the stove, and follow with vinegar or vice a versa. Scrub with a scratch free pad while it is bubbling.
  • Use a rough sponge/scrunchy, but not rough enough to scratch the stove.

Warnings

  • Clean when the stove top is not active and isn't still warm.
  • Wear disposable gloves.
