Remove Contacts from Gmail
On Gmail you can remove a contact from the list , or just remove a contact from a group it was "assigned" to. Read this tutorial to learn the process.

Steps
- Log in your Gmail account.
- Click on the tiny down arrow next to "Gmail" word on the left sidebar menu.
- Click on the Contacts option.
Removing a contact from a list
- Find and click on the contact you want to remove.
- It will take you to the "Contact" window.
- Click on More▼ button as shown on image
- Click on Delete contact option.
Removing a contact from a group
- Suppose you have a "Friends" group and you want to remove a contact from this group.
- Find and click on the contact you want to remove from "Friends".
- Click on Friends▼ button to get a pull-down menu.
- Click on 'Remove from this group' option.
Tips
- If you made a mistake and removed a "wrong" contact you can always restore it

- When you are on "Contacts" screen click on "More" button
- Click on 'Restore contacts' option (it will take you to "Restore Contacts" window)
- Select an option that most applies by ticking a box
- Click on "Restore" button
- A contact will be restored automatically.
- Check out if a contact is on a list.
