Resurrect Images from Web Browser Cache
Have you ever stumbled upon a great image on the internet and when you went back to the page it was gone? You can bring those images back from the grave by digging through your web browser's cache.
Steps
Firefox
- Type "about:cache" into the address bar.
- Under Disk Cache Device navigate in Windows Explorer to the cache directory.
- Look through all the files in this folder until you find the right file. They have no extensions so this may take a while.
Internet Explorer Steps
- Click Tools > Internet Options.
- Under the Temporary Internet Files section in the General Tab click on Settings.
- Click on View Files.
- Look through all the files in this folder until you find the right file.
