Steps

  1. Pop the ball in the air with your foot. Like you are starting to juggle pop the ball up.
  2. Hit the ball up to above the head area. This will get you ready to start.
  3. Lightly, upwardly hit the ball exactly in the bottom middle with controlled vertical force using the top of your head where your hairline is about.
  4. Retain consistency and hit the ball with minimum force in the direct bottom of the ball.
  5. To switch directions lightly flick the ball to the direction you want to go or slant the vertical force on the ball.

  • Practice heading and control.
  • Practice properly. Throwing the ball up and balance it on your head or foot.

Warnings
