Shower In a School Locker Room when You Don't Like to Be Seen Naked

Most people are extremely uncomfortable with the fact of taking showers naked with other guys after gym class or a work out (if your school has a weight room).

Steps

  1. Get undressed. This may be very uncomfortable but do not do it particularly quickly. Do it at a natural pace so you don't draw attention to yourself. Remove every article of clothing. Keep a towel nearby for easy access.
  2. Walk into the shower area and remove your towel. Being naked in front of others may make you feel self-conscious but you shouldn't let it bother you; they're all naked too and likely felt the same way the first few times they had to shower in front of their peers!
  3. Get in the shower. Find your stall/shower head and try to take your shower as you normally would.
    • Most of the showers will be cold but you don't want to walk around, looking for a hot one. This would attract attention. Just go with what you have. try to get it as warm as you can.
    • Don't shave any part of your body. It's not something people would do in a shower in a locker room. Just shampoo and wash your body.
    • Don't make a fuss or jump around. Just keep calm and just keep to yourself.
  4. Congrats! You just showered! Now go get your towel. DO NOT RUN. You are very likely to fall and that will bring attention to your naked body. Just walk to your towel and dry off. Make sure you are mostly dry. You may have to expose yourself a couple more times for this. Nobody likes to have a floor with slimy water walking back to YOUR locker.
  5. Don't change with haste. If you do people will see you are nervous or scared and may make fun or even expose you via pantsing. Just change at a normal pace. You are done. Now you can leave the locker room.
    • If you are waiting for a friend, wait outside if at all possible. This will help you to avoid any pranks that may come up.

Tips

  • Bring some deodorant so you don't smell when going back to a classroom.
  • Look in shops for towels with Velcro at one edge. You will be able to wrap these around your chest or waist and dress underneath.
  • If your school doesn't require you to take a shower, consider taking one anyway. Cleanliness is important.

Warnings

  • Never stare and try to avoid eye contact.
  • Don't make fun of anyone.
  • Don't drop the soap (either literally or metaphorically!).
  • Try not to slip.
  • If anybody does make fun of you, tell the gym teacher.
