Spawn Mobs in Skyblock

One day when you were playing Skyblock, you wanted to obtain Mob resources, for example, a Spiders' string or a Zombies' Rotten Flesh? This is the right place for you because this article will teach you how to Spawn Mobs in Skyblock!

Steps

  1. Collect tons' of Cobblestone. You need a lot of Cobblestone to make a single Mob Spawner. Visit the Cobblestone Generator for the Cobble you need. Make a Cobblestone generator by digging up grass ( from the beginning and remember to place dirt so there can be 1 hole the lava can be filled in ) and get the bucket of lava from your chest. Pour the lava in, and get 1 piece of ice from your chest. Place the ice on the other side and break the ice. The ice will turn into water and then break the dirt. The dirt will be gone from there and then cobble will appear.
  2. Choose a direction on where you want the Mob Spawner to be. Shouldn't be that hard. Choose either the north, east, south, or west of you.
  3. Place the Cobblestone on the area you want the Mob Spawner to be and make sure the Mob Spawner is 24 blocks away from your area. You see, Mobs can't spawn 24 blocks closer to you.
  4. Make a trap anyway you want it to be. The trap can be a sky diving trap where you make a cave really up in the sky and let Mobs fall down and hit the ground hard or you can use water for your Mob Trap also. Just make the Spawning area 8 blocks away from the water. The mobs will spawn, move their way into the water, and get pushed by the water current. Then soon after that, their most likely to drown. ( You don't have to use water/pistons and stuff, these are the most likely things that people would use )
  5. Collect Mob resources. Water can push the resources into your slot of collecting or the sky diving trap can just leave the resources on the ground. There's only one lookout for the sky diving Mob Trap is, make sure no Mobs land on you!
  6. Test out your trap. The area in the mob spawner should be dark. There can be problems: for example, spiders can sometime clog up your trap but that's for your water and Endermen can take away your structure one by one. That mistake can go for both ideas. To fix the spider mistake you can make your landing bigger. This is if you make your trap (with water) a grill. You can fix it or leave the spiders in there. spiders can climb walls and see through walls also. To fix the Enderman problem make the spawning area two blocks tall; Endermen are taller than two blocks and no mobs can spawn in a space that can't support them.
  7. Set your difficulty to " Hard " If you set it to " Hard " then Mobs will spawn crazy in your trap. Set it to that if you want resources immediately. Just remember to add torches on the roof of the Mob Spawner so Mobs can't spawn crazy on the roof!
  8. Enjoy your Mob Trap/Spawner.
