Steps

Make all employees accountable by involving them in the bully eradication plan.
Set up a notice board, anonymous reporting system, or other venue for passing on information about apparent bullying at your workplace.
Set solid guidelines prohibiting any type of antisocial activity or behavior.
Provide training for employees so they understand the nature of bullying.
